Renting a costume should be simple and stress free. That’s why we’ve answered some of the most common questions about costume rentals, availability, pickup and delivery, pricing, and booking. How far in advance should I reserve a costume?
We recommend reserving your costume as early as possible, especially during busy seasons such as Halloween, Christmas, March Break, and summer event periods. While we do our best to accommodate last-minute rentals, availability cannot be guaranteed.
How do I know if a costume is available?
Contact us with your desired costume and event date, and we’ll confirm availability as quickly as possible. Popular costumes may book out in advance during peak seasons.
How long is the rental period?
Rental periods may vary depending on the costume and event. Our team will confirm the rental duration, pickup date, and return date when your booking is finalized.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! Delivery may be available throughout Toronto and the GTA for an additional fee. Pickup options may also be available depending on your location and the costume selected.
Are costumes cleaned between rentals?
Absolutely. All costumes are inspected, cleaned, and maintained between rentals to ensure they arrive in excellent condition and ready for your event.
What happens if a costume is damaged?
Normal wear is expected, but customers may be responsible for excessive damage, missing pieces, or cleaning costs resulting from misuse. Please contact us immediately if an issue occurs during your rental period.
Can I rent more than one costume?
Of course! Many customers rent multiple costumes for larger events, schools, festivals, and corporate functions. Let us know what you’re planning and we’ll help you find the right options.
What types of events are your costumes suitable for?

What payment methods do you accept?
Accepted payment methods will be confirmed during the booking process. Payment instructions and any applicable deposits will be provided before your rental is finalized.
